play in our casino. All you need to do is connect to the Internet
in the way you usually do if you want to browse the web. We
guarantee that you won't receive any hidden telephone
charges as a result of playing in our casino. Our software
has no control over your modem's connection to the Internet.
To ensure that the modem is not hanging up and dialing another
phone number , we suggest that you set the speaker volume
on high (in the modem settings) so that you can actually hear
the dialing. |

Do I need to be on-line to play? |

You do not need to be on-line if you are playing
with free Zero chips, however, you do need to be connected
to our server in order to play with real money chips. |

How do I install Casino software? |

Download the state-of-the-art multimedia FREE software
for MS Windows 95, 98, NT and 2000 right from our web site.
The software comes with complete help system that explains
the rules and allows you to begin playing immediately!
To download please follow these instructions:
- Click on any one of the Download links in the Download
section of our site, or e-mail our customer service with
a request for the download .exe file (only 67Kb).
- At the prompt select "Save it to disk". Please make
sure that you remember the name of the file and where
you are saving it.
- When the file has been downloaded, double click on
its icon in the folder where you saved it. Note:
You must still be connected to the Internet in order to
finish downloading the software.
- Follow the instructions on the screen.
- An icon of our casino will appear right on your desktop.
Our casino will also be included in your Programs group
in the Start menu.
- Start our casino and enjoy!

I have AOL and when I try to download I get
the message "Failed to connect to download site..." What should
I do? |

Try the following:
- Connect to the Internet as you would to browse the
web
- Go to a test page such as
www.hotmail.com
- Minimize but DON'T CLOSE the browser window
- Double-click on the casino icon on your desktop
- Select the language and follow the instructions to
download the casino

How do I get a username and password? |

To get a username and password:
- Enter the casino and click on any game that you'd like
to play
- If this is your first time playing the game, please
wait for the game to download
- As you enter the game a "Login" window will pop up
on the screen
- Click on the middle button "New Player"
- In the new window that will open enter the username
and password you'd like to use
Note: Both the username and password are case
sensitive.
- Click "OK" and return to the "Login" window
Enter your new username and password and click "Enter"
