Changing the Password or E-Mail

I forgot my password; can you send me a reminder?

When you create your account and choose your password
it is automatically scrambled and encoded for your protection.
If you lost your password but wish to continue playing with
us, please create a new account with a new username and
password combination. To create a new account - simply click
on the New Player button when you are asked for your login
information.
Note: If you think you might have chips in the
old account, please write to our Customer Service staff
(be sure to include your old username) and they will be
happy to cash out the chips for you. Please note that we
DO NOT transfer chips from the old account to the new one
for your protection.

I want to change my password, how
can I do it? |

To change your password:
From the Main Casino floor or from any game
- Click on the "Settings" button
- Click on the "Change Password" button
- Enter your OLD password
- Enter your NEW password
- Re-Enter your NEW password to confirm and click "OK".
Your password will now be changed in our records.

I have a new e-mail address, can
I change it in my account? |

To change your e-mail address:
From the Main Casino floor or from any game
- Click on the "Settings" button
- Click on the "Change E-mail address" button
- Enter your NEW e-mail address and click OK.
Your e-mail will now be changed in our records.

Changing Your Name and Address

My address changed; can you change it in my
records? |

If you wish to make changes to your Name and Address
information, please follow these instructions:
- Enter any game and click on the "Buy Chips" button
- Select at least $1 as the amount
- Click on your preferred method of purchase
- Enter ALL of the required information and click "OK"
- Enter all of your name and address information making
whatever changes are necessary. Be sure to enter ALL of
the information requested because this new information
will replace the old record you had in the casino
- Click "OK" to complete the purchase
- Once the purchase is complete the new information will
become part of your account information in the casino

Closing Your Account

I want to close my account, how
do I do that? |

Please go into the casino and using
the "Contact Us" button (found in any game) send a message
to our Customer Service Staff. Be sure to include the password
and username for the account you wish to close. You will be
notified as soon as the account has been closed. |
Removing the Software

How do I remove the program from
my computer? |

To remove the program, please follow these instructions:
- From the "Start" menu select "Settings"
- From "Settings" select "Control Panel"
- Double-click on the "Add/Remove Programs" icon
Find the program you wish to remove in the list and click
the "Add/Remove" button. |
